My name is Baiba Rutkovska and I'm a web designer currently based in London. I've always loved anything creative and I'm always doodling away on something or other. But even so, for years I have been looking for 'my' thing.

I would say it was a happy accident that I started web design in the first place, as I wanted to do graphic design and animation. But it was my friend who actually dragged me on to a web design course, and I'm glad that it happened because web design has taken all of me: my heart and my soul.

I have to say big thanks to my teacher Prisca for showing me how interesting, challenging and beautiful web design is and how it will remain in the future.
